Appointments
Necessary
We encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure your
preferred treatment or therapist is available, preferably one week in advance.
Same day
reservations & walk-in appointments are always welcomed, based upon
availability.
Credit card is required to hold your appointment.
Please be on time
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment in
consideration of all Spa guests and therapists. This will allow time to relax
and de-stress. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled
treatments and full value will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
As we reserve a room and therapist just for you, we ask that you adhere to our
cancellation policy by providing 24 hours notice for single service, 48 hours
for package or the full value of your
treatment will be charged. Time changes must be received at least 4 hours prior
to appointment and must be rescheduled within the next 24 hours or full value
of services will be charged to your credit card.
Gift Certificates
Sunsetbodyworks gift certificate are not redeemable for cash, are not refundable,
and are nontransferable. However, they can be exchanged for other services and
products at face value.
Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
- Gift certificates have no cash value.
- Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed (if paying by Credit Card or check).

reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate
purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
The greatest discount applies, and
discounts cannot be combined.
Discounts cannot be combined - only the greatest discount
that is available may be applied when calculating the final price of services
and products. SpaFinder and SpaWish gift certificates can be used to pay for
full-priced services and products only.
Gratuities
Are left to your discretion anywhere from 10-20% based upon your level of satisfaction
We reserve the right to refuse services to any one.
